Chief Communications and Public Relations Officer

The job of Chief Communications and Public Relations Officer is done for the purpose/s of planning, developing, and implementing strategic communication activities for the clients of Made Marketing; coordinating effective media, community and public relations, crisis communications, branding, publications, recognition, media relations, and related activities; providing information to internal and external clients; implementing and maintaining services within established guidelines and standards; and supervising and evaluating the performance of assigned technical and clerical personnel.

Requirements

  • BA in public relations, journalism, communications, English, marketing or related field

  • And/or experience in handling a press conference

  • And/or internship experience

  • Establish positive working relationships with members of print, radio and television media for the purpose of ensuring information is accurate and in a timely manner

  • Develop, recommend, and implement overall organizational communications and communication strategies for programs, initiatives, services, and events of Made Marketing

  • Coordinate a variety of activities (e.g. program components, support needs, recruiting, applicant information gathering, marketing activities, video/multi-media productions, etc.) for the purpose of delivering services in compliance with established guidelines

  • Develop communication materials (e.g. write talking points, press releases, reports, scripts, remarks and speeches, prepare website content, write or review articles and statements; respond to communications, etc.) for the purpose of ensuring organizational objectives are achieved in the most efficient and timely manner.

  • Serve as a media liaison and spokes person for the CEO for the purpose of ensuring accurate information is communicated.

Customer Relationships Manager

A customer success managers (CSM) supports our customers as they transition from sales prospects to active users of Made services. You are focused on customer loyalty and building close long-term client relationships, and stay with the same customers as long as they continue to work with you. The job title is a mid-level management level position in the customer service department. You work alongside upper management to promote retention of customers and overall positive experience with the brand. Additionally, a Customer Success Manager is also well-versed on the technical side of projects and can offer insight and tips on how to use our features and troubleshoot.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in customer service or customer success position strongly preferred

  • Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships

  • Technical skills required, as they relate for the use of the product to service to be sold

  • Assist customers as needed with setting up and navigating programs or software associated with a product or service

  • Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve all aspects of the customer experience with the company

  • Maintain a detailed understanding of products and services, assist customers with questions and suggest the best products for their needs

Sr. Photographer/and Videographer

Senior Photographer and/or videographer is responsible for all photography needs across the business (except main seasonal campaigns). Working alongside the retoucher and studio coordinator to produce outstanding photography. Ensure the safe commercial running of the studio and be responsible for renting out the space for at least 180 days per year.

Requirements

  • A strong photography portfolio that demonstrates sufficient knowledge and techniques of digital photography and lighting along with high technical proficiency in PhotoShop, Capture One, Canon cameras and Mac computers

  • Degree in photography and/or previous experience in a commercial studio environment

  • Proven skills in still-life photography

  • Ability to work well to deadlines and under pressure

  • Proactive and able to take initiative

  • Detail oriented and creative

UI Designer

UI designer is responsible for creating interactive programs that enhance our customer's experience with Made's brand and facilitate an enjoyable experience on the business's website. UI designers also need to have a working understanding of coding and transfer the brand's strength through the interface of a product. As the position combines elements of programming, psychology and digital design a UI designer requires specialized training in all areas to deliver quality products and services.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in creating and implementing UI design

    Proficient with visual design programs such as Adobe XD, Sketch and Invision

  • Experience with coding and ability to troubleshoot using HTML, CSS and comparable languages

Skills

  • Create overall concepts for the user experience within a business webpage or product, ensuring all interactions are intuitive and easy for customers

  • Analyze customer responses and website data to determine high traffic web pages and why some perform better than others

  • Design the aesthetics to be implemented within a website or product, from the layout menus and drop-down options to colors and fonts

  • Build storyboards to conceptualize designs and convey project plans to clients and management

  • Improve the look and feel of interactive computers and product software

Mobile App Dev

We are looking for a strong mobile app developer who welcomes both engineering and maintenance tasks. The primary focus will be to implement new user interfaces and features together with automated unit and integration tests.

Requirements

  • Extensive knowledge about mobile app development. This includes the whole process, from the first line of code to publishing in the store(s)
